Throughout her career, she has partnered with Big Four firms, mid-tier organisations, and leading boutique agencies across Wealth & Financial Advice, Banking & Finance, and Professional Services. Rachel has successfully led major PSA tenders and collaborated closely with clients to design and implement effective recruitment strategies—always focused on attracting the best talent in market.

As Co-Founder and Director of Stitch Recruitment, Rachel and Shannon set out to challenge the traditional agency model.
