After working in a boutique recruitment firm in 2011, we forged a strong friendship and professional connection out of our genuine passion for recruitment. As we developed our careers over the years, we made a solid footprint within the Australian recruitment market.

Tired of seeing a transactional-style recruitment process where clients and candidates were not receiving true value from their recruitment partners, our desire to change this stigma launched us into our next venture, from this Stitch Recruitment was born.
